Analysis of excess lags in Earth flyby tracks

The code repository flyby-analysis contains a collection of scripts, queries, LaTeX sources and selected figure PDFs from NASA and ESA papers on the flyby anomaly that generate the following PDF graphs presented at NAECON 2019 and included in the final paper (preprint with minor fixes), with further updates on the last (SSN residuals):

Phase shift in post-encounter Doppler

A phase shift has been found between JPL’s AIAA 1998 and PRL 2008 analyses of NEAR’s post-encounter Doppler residual oscillations, similar to one found in the simulation.
